Running Intouch Access Anywhere Gateway v20 with ITAA Server v23

We're not testing mixed versions of ITAA components, so we cannot guarantee that mix of the v20 gateway with v23 server.

However, the stand-alone releases of ITAA can be backwards compatible with older versions of InTouch. If you get the stand-alone version ITAA 2023b, it should be possible to combine with both OMI 2020 and OMI 2023.

Hi Rickard, turned out it had to do with the 8080 port from ITAAG to ITAAS number 2 was not open. (It dep. mistake ) 

I can now run, ITAAG20 with ITAAS20+OMI20 and ITAAS23+OMI23, showing two different OMI's, so connecting through the same gateway running ITAAG20, (depending on the path used.)

If there was any doubt that it was possible to match v.20 with v.23 . I can verify that it works.

FYI, we intend to release an updated stand-alone version of ITAA within a few months from nowso if you're looking to align on the same version across the server and gateway that may be a good opportunity.The update is maintly security enhancements.

I am doing a paralell upgrade of a running system from v.20 to v.23 this setup is temporary with the purpose of giving access to the new upgraded system alongside the "old" system.  I will end up with a new ITAAG v.23 to match the ITAAS version.  My struggle was getting it to work, wondering weather it had to do with version mismatch, finally the It department found out the had closed a port, so the issue had nothing to do with the versions.
