IDE can't start after installing P01 on 2023 R2

Hi Thierry,

Please be aware of that 2023 Licenses does not enable 2023 R2, so start by ensuring that you have an "R2" license.

But with that said, we have seen this on two different upgrades (still using a R2 License). 
Unfortunately we could not resolve easily it and did not have time to initiate and follow trough with a support case to resolve it in a proper manner.

All other Aveva software on the same node did work and license was acquired as expected (Trend, InTouch etc.). It was just IDE that did not work and we even tried other licenses (demo lic, consignment lic among others). We even set up a new node with IDE and that worked as expected using the same license server.

We did try to reinstall the License server in several ways, without success, but I don't think the problem is on the license server component.

And we are quite sure that in our case it did not break immediately after applying P01. 

In the first installation we had to un-install all AVEVA software on that node and install it again to get IDE acquiring a license.

On the second site this did not seem to resolve the problem and it was decided that it was quicker to set up a new server, installing everything from a fresh image. 

Since it now sounds like this is happening on even more installations (If this is the same case) you might want to contact techsupport, they might be aware of how to fix this, if you do, please report back here on the outcome, the result would be of high interest since reinstalling might not be an option for all.

I have resolve the problem as the instalation of the patch had corrupted the xml file of the config server. I pick one from an other computer and lauch configurator. Change the hostname of the host. And it was oik.
