InTouch Access Anywhere with System Platform

Good day AVEVA System Platform Community,

How can we get InTouch Access Anywhere configured on a system with only a System Platform Bundle 50K/50K (Perpetual) and Non-RDS Supervisory Client licenses (No MSCAL)? Assuming the end-user does not have a DevStudio license. Are we able to configure InTouch Access Anywhere with just the System Platform Bundle & Non-RDS Supervisory Client licenses?

Hi, Intouch access anywhere needs RDS supervisory clients, i have been able to make it work with non-RDS but you will need multiple non-RDS Supervisory client licensing and its definitely not the right way of doing things

I agree with Rainer. While it is possible to stack multiple "Supervisory Client" entitlements where each entitles the use of one session, the "Supervisory Server" is intended to be a scalable license for RDS deployments.

InTouch Access Anywhere works with both approaches, and you should be able to trade in your Client licenses for a Server license if/when that suits you better. The "Supervisory Server" license also enables the native OMI web client, which may allow you to step away from RDS completely.
