Icons in platform manager

At a customer I saw that the platform and all engines had the orange with black icon in the Platform manager.
This was only for one Node and only when looking local.

I do recognize these in the IDE, but what does this mean in the platform manager?
I don't see any explanation of it in the guide of the platform manager.
And undeploy/redeploy did not remove them.

Hi Olav,

I have seen those icons when you have performed a on-line upgrade, but I guess this is not the case for you?
Have you done a repair or any patching of Aveva software on that node?

Hi Richard,

It is an environment of a customer which is running already for some time (version 2017 U2)
With on-line upgrade you mean upgrading it while everything is deployed and running?

As far I know there were no patching or upgrade that caused this.
And I don't want to repair while they are in production. ;)
