This would be something to discuss with your Technical support provider.
I've seen my share of Unknown error's and it can go in a lot of different ways.
Even some causes could be due to the software itself and needs a Patch or Hotfix.

What version are you using?
Is the driver also crashing/ no data coming in at all? Or just this message?
What kind of device are you connecting to?

i use system platform 2020 R2

i have a connection with a PLC (Schneider M580).

i just have this message and the data will be send to the PLC.

Sometimes i don't send properly the data in the plc

In that case you can think of upgrading the communication driver.
