Galaxy Security. Connection to the Service has not been established. Archestra IDE will shutdown

Hi Experts,

In test environment during creation of new galaxy NAME1 from backup of existing galaxy NAME2 something went wrong. However new galaxy NAME1 is listed in Home window of IDE, DB is created in SQL Server but we are not able connect to this galaxy with message "Galaxy Security Connection to the service has not been established. Archestra IDE will shutdown". Same time OCMC logger generates messages:

BrowseAutoConnect::Browse ConnectProxy :: Connection failed :: Connect found no endpoints for contract IBrowseV4 with access name domainname/NAME1

After we create new galaxy NAME3 from same backup of existing galaxy NAME2 and with galaxy NAME3 everything is working as expected - platforms, engines, objects are deployed etc.

We would like to get what is going wrong with galaxy NAME1 and if it is possible to fix somehow.

In Common Services Portal there are and running services for NAME3 galaxy:

-Default_NAME3_GRBrowse

-Default_NAME3_Authentication

-Default_NAME3_IOMBLSService

-Default_NAME3_MxDataProvider

Also in Portal there are and running _GRBrowse and _IOMBLSService for other existing and accessible galaxies but no one service for galaxy NAME1

in aaServiceConfiguration.exe we can connect to solution NAME1 but services were not deployed. After manual deploying of _GRBrowse and _IOMBLSService we can connect to galaxy NAME1 with IDE.

If it is OK that services were not deployed automatically and have to be deployed manually? What else expect to be not working in such failed galaxy (for example, during deploying and production work)? What else in addition to manual deploying of services we have to care, check or fix?

While browsing the solution, we found article 000046924

https://softwaresupportsp.aveva.com/en-US/knowledge/details/000046924?lang=en_US

but second, third and fourth images in Resolution section are not there. May I ask check if someone has access to this article with images presented and upload here a pdf?

Thanks.
