Assuming that by GPI you mean the Graphic Performance Index, yes. I have seen it in the past. I believe it was a tool that was created using the GR Access toolkit, and some insider information.
Fast forward to me having done a bit of a search... It is available via GR Access. There is a section in the help for it, where it is in the iGraphicsAccess area.
Go to the support website, search for gpi, and the time item in the list will take you there.
