Hi experts,
In one semicon project ,we met a very strange issue of system platform 2020 R2 sp1 . The value of application object in AppEngine doesn't update .
The customer didn't find this issue until they checked the trend of one application object,the data didn't change for a long time.
But everything looks good in object viewer.
We asked help for L2 ,and they gave us a solution:
The steps are as below:
1,Undoploy the AppEngine
2,Delete the cache file in c:\program data\achestra\cache
3,Deploy the AppEngine.
It looks like the issue has been resolved for now.
But the customer raised a question :if the issue happens again ,how to generate an alarm or a prompt to notify the operator?
we can't find find a good solution so far,because the quality of the object is good ,and the status of the AppEngine is good as well.
Any suggestion about this question?
