Response file question for Aveva System

I'm trying to package this up for deployment to one of our labs and the tech in the area has asked for the software to be set with No System Management Server configured.

After a fair amount of searching I found that all I should need to do is add

Common Platform.ASBRuntime.ManagementServerLocation=0 to the <configurator></configurator> section in our response file but it doesn't appear to be working.

I'm looking for guidance.

If you ae changing from System Management configured to not configured I can imagin it breaking a lot of components within the application. Take a backup and deploy in a fresh system with no system management server configured

That's what we're trying to do. Setup fresh installs with no SMS configured but it's ignoring that line in our response file. I've tried 0, 1, and 2 and in every instance it's defaulting to "Connect to an existing System Management Server"
