AVEVA Heroes HQ website has issues

Hi , 

Please see following issues on AVEVA Heroes HQ:

  • The website is very laggy, the forum needs to be fast, intuitive and lag free
  • Around 40 % of the time the replies don't go through, i need to re write the replies and send again
  • NOT Mobile friendly, the website definitely be more mobile friendly
  • Not getting any notifications when new questions arise, we all would like to help and need like a summary notification of which ones are not replied to

Hope someone sees this and makes this experience better

    Thank you so much for your thoughtful response. Your feedback means a lot to us as we are actively working in the background to resolve a lot of the issues that you mentioned.

    We are currently in the process of evaluating new community platforms coming in 2025. We are aware this platform has been through multiple migrations and moves on the slower side.

    We apologize for the issues with mobility and with replies. We sometimes find the technical issues are user specific so at any time if you are experiencing things like this, please reach out to our Admin account here and/or HeroesHQ@aveva.com and we will be more than happy to assist you!

    Lastly for the notifications you can subscribe to forums, etc. on the right-hand side of each thread. We will attach an example below.

    We are working daily to help make this community site better and more functional for all. Again, thank you for your feedback as it only helps to improve what is best for our amazing community members like yourself! Slight smile
