Interested more about Vision AI Assistance for image capturing system in Metal industries. Is there any use case available?

Hi Prabhu, that's a classic use case of Anomaly Detection , it's a built in feature within Vision AI , download Vision AI and they already have that use case, you can copy and use it to create a model for you and make it work. You can send back information to system Platform or Intouch then to write a value to your PLC 

Hi Dsouza, Thanks for the reply. appreciated. Can you recommend the camera and device which listen and send the signals to PLC and AVEVA vision AI. Its hot environment and expected to be 85 deg c at max temperature.

Hi, I would recommend Longwatch by IVC , they are an AVEVA partner. Vision AI can work with any industrial IP camera but my recommenddation to go with Longwatch is they have full integration with System Platform. Used them in the past and they are very good

Hi , Thanks for the additional details. Could you pls provide tentative architecture for this requirement. I need only one camera to capture the image to verify OK/NotOk and give the command to PLC , store the images for reporting purposes. Pls advise

It would be best to contact you local AVEVA distributor to iron out the details. While I have given advise I won't know all the details that you may need. What region is your company ?

Hi , we are from India (APAC region). We have already reached out to local distributor, but could not get complete details like requested here. They have suggested to put this in HeroHq to get some details which you have supported till now. 

Well you need a better distributor :)  I’m from UK and Ireland division. We have devised solutions like this but it would involve me spending some time to understand and then recommend a solution. Unfortunately that is paid time from my end. If you’re interested in the paid time option let me know

Hi Prabhu, unfortunately even for me to work right now on this I need to dedicate time which has to be paid consultation. There’s work to understand your customers needs, see if the different pieces fit in and make sure that your quote is correct. Technically speaking your distributor should be helping like what I do for UK and Ireland customers. If they can’t help you , they can raise support from AVEVA product managers ( Vision AI and Intouch ) who can help you
