Can AVEVA Historian 2023 work with Wonderware System Platform 2014R2?

Travern Naidoo  Thank you for sharing, but my case is to be coexisted between Wonderware System Platform 2014R2 and AVEVA Historian 2023 R2, there is no Application Server 2014R2 list in Product Coexistence, only shown in Product Interoperability / Compatibility.  How is this different between Product Coexistence vs Interoperability / Compatibility?

Hi, You can not have two different versions of Application Server and Historian installed on the same Machine.

But you could have Application Server 2014 R2 configured to use Historian 2023 R2 as the Historian, sending data over the network, using Store Forward etc.

So as long as you split your installation in to multiple servers they can work together.

Coexistance (Same server)

Product Interoperability / Compatibility (Work together, but on different servers)
