Aveva Intouch HMI Licence Problem

Hello everyone,
My computer running Aveva Intouch suddenly stopped reading the license.When I look at the license manager, the license appears to be active.How can I solve this problem?

  • Hi Ahmet, thanks for that. From your logs it looks like there are couple of issues with regards to Intouch security.

    You will need to reconfigure your network account and set them correctly using the Network Account Utility. Is this Intouch for System Platform or standard Intouch ? There are many things that need to be done correctly in your setup which are root causes of your problem.

    1) Looks like your firewall is interfering with Intouch, have you put the right exclusions

    2) Are there multiple systems involved, if yes how is the security managed ? i can see your not using domain controller, then you need to have the same account in all the PCs

    3) Have you unblocked the software during installation, if not you will need to reinstall from scratch
