Hi Ahmet, couple of things, if you share the SMC / OCMC logs we can see what happened. Other way you can do is license reservation. From the screenshot also there is no serial number on it , normally every license has a serial number.

I erased the serial number in the image. I have a serial number.

Hi Ahmet, thanks for that. From your logs it looks like there are couple of issues with regards to Intouch security.
You will need to reconfigure your network account and set them correctly using the Network Account Utility. Is this Intouch for System Platform or standard Intouch ? There are many things that need to be done correctly in your setup which are root causes of your problem.
1) Looks like your firewall is interfering with Intouch, have you put the right exclusions
2) Are there multiple systems involved, if yes how is the security managed ? i can see your not using domain controller, then you need to have the same account in all the PCs
3) Have you unblocked the software during installation, if not you will need to reinstall from scratch

I found a solution to the problem.
The ServerConfig.xml file located in the C:\ProgramData\AVEVA\Licensing folder was damaged. Fixing the file resolved the license problem.
