Citect OPC UA driver

I have a problem with starting OPC UA iodevice, IOserver process crash in starting, exception is in windows kernelbase.dll.

I have a Windows 7 station. IF OPC UA device is in memory everything is OK. IF I enableing communication to device

ioserver process is crashing.

    The OPC UA Client driver is only shipped with Citect SCADA 2018, but the driver installer is also available for download from the Connectivity Hub (https://softwaresupportsp.aveva.com/#/connectivityhub) and can be installed on Citect SCADA 2016 and above.
    At the moment there is no OPCUA Server available for Citect SCADA, but there are plans to implement this feature in the coming release.
