Wrong Trend Values Displayed in Information Zone

Hello All,

We are working in the system with 2 redundant servers and 4 clients (the clienet 3 is off line).

In client 4, we get wrong Value in Trend value. In other clients the values are correct.

 

You can see in the image above, that the values in cursors are ok, but the display in left side are wrong.

The OS in this Clienet is Windows 10 and the OS in others Clients is Windows Server 2016.

There is a explanation for that? Can you help me?

  • Hi Miguel,
    It looks like there is some scaling (x10) occurring on the Trend Display, and the Variables on the right. Could you check the scaling (Zero and Full Scale) settings on the Trend tags and Variable tags? Is there any difference there?
    If you get stuck, I'd recommend reaching out to Citect Support. They should be able to help you identify the cause and fix the issue quickly.

    Thank you for your answer.
    There isn't a scale in trend configuration.
    The value is wrong in right side (in my last post i said in left side but is in right side).
    Only in one client i have this trouble. others 3 clients the values are correct.

    It is strange indeed why it only impacts one Client. Can you confirm the project running on the effected client is the same as the other nodes in the system? Also, compare the Citect.ini settings on the working and not working nodes. I don't have any idea why the scaling would be out by factor of 10x.
