Citect Studio stopped working

Hello,

I have Citect SCADA 2018 version 8.10 installed on my laptop running Windows 10 Enterprise version 1709.  I was using the graphics editor trying to change a screen template on a converted 7.20 SP3 project when the Studio crashed.  Now when I start Citect Studio I get this message.  Any help getting Studio running again would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

  • 7.2 was not installed on this laptop, it's on an older windows 7 laptop. It was a clean new install of 8.1 and was working fine for several days. Runtime appears to work with example project. Studio just won't run... Re-installing is an option but would require dealing with company IS process that could take a long time. Thanks
