Citect Studio stopped working

Hello,

I have Citect SCADA 2018 version 8.10 installed on my laptop running Windows 10 Enterprise version 1709.  I was using the graphics editor trying to change a screen template on a converted 7.20 SP3 project when the Studio crashed.  Now when I start Citect Studio I get this message.  Any help getting Studio running again would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

  • Just Fyi, You don't need to uninstall earlier versions before installing newer versions. The newer version install files will however overwrite any existing files, making using any older versions impossible without reinstalling them again. That is, unless you use the Environment Manager to capture each version's install files after you install each version.
