Application Layer Fail - DNPR Driver

Hi Everyone,

I checked the kernel (Driver) - DNPR driver and on particular port I found App Layer Fails (Count: 3173).

I want to know more about this "App Layer Fails"

I also want to know about ToQueue Length and Legacy ToQueue Length that is showing on Driver statistics page of Kernal. 

Please share some knowledge. or white paper.
