Citect process starts and stops frequently according to the syslog

Running Citect 7.4 Service Pack 2 and looking to upgrade to Citect 2018 R2.

Noticed something in the syslogs indicating that the Citect Process Starts and Stops frequently , within milliseconds and not sure why that is happening.

The application doesn't seem to actually stop,  the runtime does not shutdown.

Anyone encountered this before?

    I've not seen this type of behaviour before. Are these log messages from the 2018R2 system? Which process is it from? The Client process?
    Have you installed any Update/Patch on the system?
    The gap between startup and shutdown message is consistently 4 milliseconds, which is very strange.
    The "Invalid CPU Affinity parameter passed. Requested affinity bit mask: 0x0. System affinity bit mask: 0xff. The process will be allowed to run on all CPUs" message also looks like there might be a config issue.
    I'd suggest starting with a "fresh" citect.ini file, then run the computer setup wizard on a compiled project. Then see if this issue persists.
    If so, it might require further debugging with AVEVA Support.
    Hope you find a solution soon.
