Hi,
Citect SCADA are using a long time to start because it failing to find USB Dongle license. So it hangs for 45-55 seconds on "Initalizing sub systems", before timing out and load Network license and finally start normally. Any way to bypass lookup for OEM USB Dongle on start-up?
in citect.ini this setting is already set:
WaitForConnectAtStartup = 0
