Configurator Exception

Hi,

When I attempt to run the configurator I receive the following exception.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing SCADA but the issue remains. Does anyone know why this issue is occurring?

  • Also check to see if you have other Aveva software products installed. They all share the "Platform Common Services" which will also show in add/remove programs. If you have another software installed it might have an older version of PCS and didn't update to this newer release. PCS can be updated independent of the software so something to check.
