How to adapt vijeo citect v7.2 to Windows 10

Unfortunately the screenshot with the error message is not visible for me.

However, I would recommend to upgrade to OFS v3.63 and the latest Citect OFSOPC driver (v3.03.01.000).

If the problem persists, please describe the system configuration and OFS configuration you are using, and specify the exact error message(s) or re-upload the image.

Also, please be advised that Citect 7.20 is no longer in Support and that it is not validated on Windows 10. The maximum Windows version that is officially supported by Citect 7.20 is Windows 7.

I followed your recommendations, the problem is solved for the communication with only one alias, but as soon as I used two or more aliases I lost the communication
this message is displayed on ofs factory server:
NETMAN: Last scan of receiver is too old (271055 ms), no check for Timeout

I have sites with many aliases, but never encountered that message.
I suspect there is a configuration issue somewhere, but without knowing your setup it will be hard to diagnose.

Can you describe the alias configurations, and what PLC models you use?
