How to adapt vijeo citect v7.2 to Windows 10

Good morning, everyone.

I have a vijeo citect 7.2 license for a project developed under windows 7, now I want to transfer my project to a computer which has a windows 10 operating system

I have installed Vijeo Citect v7.2 and ofs v 3.34, I have the communication problem between citect and ofs, Please find below the error message that is displayed 

Is there a method to solve this problem.

    Unfortunately the screenshot with the error message is not visible for me.

    However, I would recommend to upgrade to OFS v3.63 and the latest Citect OFSOPC driver (v3.03.01.000).

    OFS 3.63 can be downloaded from the SE download site:

    The Citect driver can be downloaded from the Connectivity Hub on the AVEVA support site:

    If the problem persists, please describe the system configuration and OFS configuration you are using, and specify the exact error message(s) or re-upload the image.

    Also, please be advised that Citect 7.20 is no longer in Support and that it is not validated on Windows 10. The maximum Windows version that is officially supported by Citect 7.20 is Windows 7.
