  • Ok, I can see that you are using v7.50 SP1 Patch 6. Was this previously running or is it a new node setup? If CiUSafe can see the dongle (and it is valid for this node type, e.g. Full license) and runtime cannot see it, that would be strange, but not unheard of. It might be a good idea to grab the latest Update for 7.50 (Patch 38). Check if there are Sentinel System Driver updates available. Also check the citect.ini [Client] section. Maybe run the computer setup wizard again and make sure all settings are correct for your system. The error message from the syslog.dat will also help diagnose further.
