Vijeo Citect 2015 v7.5 no reconoce llave

Buenos días a todos

Estamos trabajando sin problemas con vijeo citect  2015 v7.5 por muchos años en sistema operativo windows 7. Por problemas de hardware queremos migrar a windows 10 en otra PC. Cargamos el soft sin problemas pero al querer abrir el archivo utilizado nos aparece una leyenda de que "no reconoce la llave" aun que si entramos al menú ayuda - actualización de clave sentinel la llave es detectada sin problemas. Si vuelvo a colocar la llave en la PC donde esta corriendo actualmente el programa la llave funciona correctamente.

Si alguien puede darme una idea de como solucionar este problema les estaré agradecido.
