Hi
I have setup a server that runs runtime manager as a service, and starts up automatically when the server is turned on.
Usually no one is logged in, on this server since we use a deployed client for runtime. However when someone signs in, on the server, runtime automatically starts.
The customer doesn't want this behavior. Can I disable runtime from automatically starting when signing on as a user on the server?
