dongle is inserted but scada run in demo mode

I am using Citect Scada 2016 . I have a USB key but when scada is run then its showing demo mode.

Please help us on very urgent basis. For reference attached a screenshot also.

  • It looks lioke you are eligible for version 8.2, but are only at 8.0 on the key.  I get very conbfused when the 2016, 2018 nomencalature gets used, so I haven;'t really looked at this as your problem.

    If it continues after a key update, update the drivers.

    Also - there is a bit about Vijeo Citect VS Citect SCADA .  Make sure you update to the correct one for your installation.
