An unknown Citect error has occurred. Error code = 0x10000119

Hi,

I am getting this error in Trends of Plant SCADA 2023 update 5 May 09 2023 running on Windows 11.

The error says - An unknown Citect error has occurred. Error code = 0x10000119.

Alarms and Trends do not work. Attached Image file

Can someone help with this.

    I had this problem the other day.

    It was caused by not running OFS under the same user as the Citect runtime.

    There’s probably a much better explanation for what caused it, but it doesn’t seem to be documented.

    Can you help me with steps to resolve this?

    Is this related to Windows user or Citect user? I have a single user defined in Windows and SCADA is running under the same user login.
