Alarms missing

The machine I am monitoring has multiple stops related to out of spec measurement.

Every time it is the same out of spec situation and corresponding same alarm !

The alarms are never acknowledged by the operator !

When I look in the alarm list (page) I only see the last alarm related to this out of spec situation.

All previous (same) alarms are missing in the list ????

Is this because the alarm is every time overwritten by the new alarm of the same type when not acknowledged or do I use the wrong arguments ??

    Hello Jan,

    From your description it looks like you are monitoring the alarms on a page that shows active alarms ('actuele alarmlijst' in Dutch). Does your application offer a historical alarm list as well? If your system integrator / vendor implemented this, it should be available on the menu, or via a button on a page somewhere.

    If not try and find a professional Plant SCADA partner in your area. Your AVEVA distributor (AVEVA Select Benelux, if you are in that region) can assist you with your problem, and with finding a good partner if needed.
