Connection between runtime client and app server

I'm trying to deploy viewapp from the application server to the runtime client server but i get error (Failed to deploy Winplatform_001 : Failed to get the bootstrap's version and when I open the OMI from the runtime client i cannot find any app?

Did you deploy the platform first? Or are you deploying it all at once?

The OCMC logger could give more details on the problem.
Could be network related.
