objects keep going off scan and require the engines to be redeployed

Hi Everyone

I am currently facing a problem of objects that keeps going off Scan I would like to know why this is happening.

On the SMC warnings that keep appearing are as follows:

Fail to create bootstrap on a remote node 

Platforms x exceed maximum heartbeats timeout of 8000ms

Failed to communicate with target node, This may be because it is not connected to the same System Managment server.

    Those messages are all seemingly related to communications.  If there are several numbers for the "x" in the Platform X message, then it means this one node is not able to connect with the others.  IF the others are reporting similar numbers, then more widespread.  The last message seems to indicate that the SMS setup has an issue.  There should be one node setup as the SMS server, and then the others all point to it.  This is done in the Configurator.  It is used to encrypt communications between all the nodes.

    For going off scan, is the engine perhaps going off scan?  That might set everything off scan.  I know it will put things in quarantine if there are significant issues like exception errors in scripts and things.  It might be getting set off scan if it is trying to connect to other objects/platforms, and it is just not able due to the communication issue from the other messages.
