License error: Application not licensed for Plant SCADA Access Anywhere

Hi Prakash Darji ,

Could you confirm the version of Access Anywhere being used? You can launch Access Anywhere Server Configuration from Windows Start-up Menu and check the version as shown in the screenshot below. According to the release notes, the license for Access Anywhere Application is no longer required from v2.0 (released for Plant SCADA 2020R2).

• As you can see Access anywhere server Version is 2.0 .  Also Sufficient control client license are available in server.

• The version of Windows Server hosting Access Anywhere Server
• Sufficient RDS licenses available for this Windows Server
• What type of SCADA licenses are available on this server? USB Dongle or FLM soft licenses?
• Browser (Chrome, Edge or other)
• Did Access Anywhere work before? 
• Was this v2.0 installation upgraded from an older version?

• Sufficient RDS licenses available for this Windows Server - Yes 
• What type of SCADA licenses are available on this server? USB Dongle or FLM soft licenses? - There is no License on this PC . But Plant Scada server FLM is used. 
• Browser (Chrome, Edge or other) - Edge 
• Did Access Anywhere work before? - Yes  .
• Was this v2.0 installation upgraded from an older version? - No , fresh Installation

So earlier i was able to access Anywhere server by Entering "PCName:8080" in browser .

But recently I am not able to do.

I will check installation as well. 
On PC where PSAA is installed we have configured it as Client as well. Also i am not able to start runtime on PSAA server. 

I would suggest using Plant SCADA Access Anywhere 2023. This is the latest released version and it no longer requires a license for it to work properly, and works as far back as v7.2 SPK-5 even thou we only test this on the latest released versions as described on the Tech Matrix. PSAA is not product version specific dependent, meaning YES, you can run PSAA 2023 with Plant SCADA 2020 R2.
