License error: Application not licensed for Plant SCADA Access Anywhere

Hi all, 

We are using Aveva Plant scada access anywhere 2020R2.

whenever i am trying to browse website First Login box open.

After entering correct details it shows  "License error: Application not licensed" . Does anyone know why ??

    Found 1 FAQ on Aveva Knowledge & Support center. But i am not able to access it . If someone able to access let me know

    It looks like that Plant SCADA 2020R2 is not properly configured on the server. PSAA is only licensed for Citect32.exe to run like InTouch.

    Answer

    Issue: Attempting to connect to ITAA server from the landing page generates the following error:  License error: Application not licensed.

    Cause: ITAA is only licensed to run View.exe. If view.exe is not ‘found’, ITAA attempts to connect to the desktop for which it is not licensed.

    Resolution:
